Hahaha. I am getting lazier as I grow older and fatter. Playing more games and doing less art. Generally, trying to enjoy life as a crouch potato!

Actually there is a good reason why I don't draw much nowadays :) Mainly cuz I am a lot happier - I only draw when I am particularly upset or depressed. Making these small hatches helps to calm myself and is very soothing in a sense.

Anyway, if u wish to contact me for any reasons (from using my art or whatever), do email me @ eterna2 (AT) hotmail (DOT) com, instead of sending me a note. I tend to forget to log in for months. Hahaha!

Pearl Habor Death toll: 2350 (only 68 were civilians)
Hiroshima and Nagasaki Death Toll: 214,000++ (almost entirely civilians)

Just for perspective. Is it considered a war crime to kill 214,000 innocent civilians?

PS: Pissed off with the numerous idiots who keep quoting Pearl harbor, Japan tsunami, and karma.

Hope to upload more new drawings to greet the incoming new year!

Cloths of Heaven

Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet;
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Just for your info, I fractured my master hand last month.

And twisted my knee a couple of weeks ago.

But I get by.
I've never talked about this before, but I really need the boards advice on what could be a crucial decision. I’ve suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me.

The usual signs… Phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up.
My wife has been going out with the girls a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, “Just some friends from work, you don’t know them.”

I always stay awake to look out for her taxi coming home, but she always walks down the drive. Although I can hear a car driving off, as if she has gotten out of the car round the corner. Why? Maybe she wasn’t in a taxi?

I once picked her cell phone up just to see what time it was and she went berserk and screamed that I should never touch her phone again and why was I checking up on her.

Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my wife I think deep down I just didn’t want to know the truth, but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her.

I decided I was going to park my motorcycle next to the garage and then hide behind it so I could get a good view of the whole street when she came home. It was at that moment, crouching behind my bike , that I noticed that the valve covers on my engine seemed to be leaking a little oil.

Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it back to the dealer?
It takes

an hour to like someone and
a day to love someone

but it takes
a lifetime to forget someone

More of my crappy translations songs/poetry I like :)

I love chinese poetry... they can say so much with so little... My translation is barely adequate...

(Past Dream)

A gentle breeze stirring a dream of the past,
picking up the memories like scattered leaves,
Unforgettable, yet there's no recollection
of the deep loves, and the many regrets,
For to say is to hurt.

A gentle breeze stirring my dream in the past,
where the moonlight to trail behind your every step,
Unforgettable, yet I have no recollection
and I never could, and never will,
say a word more.

A lifetime of regrets or happiness, for me it's all the same
But because, because you still haunts my dreams, my soul,
Else why would I still have a reason (to live, to love),
it's because of you, of us, for love, for me...

Oh....

Like a wiltered flower, a lone petal fluttering in gushing river,
I am falling headlong towards into the vast human sea...
So vast, so many, that I still know not where I am - so lost...
Yet despite this great mutlitude, I lack still of that one love... (a love for me, of me...)

A lifetime of regrets or happiness, for me it's the same
If not because that you still haunts my dreams, my soul,
Else why would you have not the reason, to give me your love,
to me, I love you so...

A gentle breeze stirring my dream of distant past,
where the moonlight trails behind your every step,
Unforgettable, yet I've no recollection
And so alone I wander lost within this dream long ago

wandering by day
wandering by night
wandering now lost
within this human sea

holding valiently on
waiting patiently for
him, my love, my love
where and where are you?

A gentle breeze stirring my dream so long ago,
where the moonlight trails behind your every step,
Unforgettable, yet I've no recollection
And so alone I wander lost within my dream, my distant past...

Alone I walk
Alone I wander
in endless circles
within this dream
so long
so long ago
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

I wish that he never climb up and sit on the wall
I wish that he never had that great fall
I wish that all the king's horses and all the king's men
can put him together again

But dreams are like stars in the sky
so near, so close, that you can almost touch them
And when you finally awake, you know that the stars
lie a million thousand light years away

And wishes are like clouds in the sky
growing bigger day by day, so many
And when they finally fall, you know that the wishes
are falling, falling and dashed to bits and pieces

Hope
Every night, i reach for the stars
Every day, i add to the clouds
But tonight
But today
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall
and
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

He couldn't reach for the stars no more
he couldn't feed the clouds no more
because nothing can put Humpty together again

What can one feel when the one one loves for a decade is marrying another?

Even art is not enough
Even poetry is not enough

往事如烟,魂萦梦牵,增添我心中思念;

But alas

Nothing is never enough
Time is not enough

Perhaps peace will come when one is gone...
perhaps...
but not today...
not today...
not yet...

One hopes for everything
but asks for nothing else
but the word
"I know"

but not even that
for one never exists
so how could one
answer one who never exist?

I don't exist
perhaps I never did
or ever will
perhaps

But how can one who never exists
feel this throbbing ach
this sharp piercing pain
this squeezing feeling
in one's chest?

So strange
so sad
so painful
this one...

it hurts...
so very much...
so very very much...
this one...

Desire is the root of all suffering...
One wish one day one will understand
and be free ...
and truly non-existence...
Dungeons & Dragons Co-Creator Dies at 69

MILWAUKEE - Gary Gygax, who co-created the fantasy game Dungeons & Dragons and helped start the role-playing phenomenon, died Tuesday (March 4th, 2008) morning at his home in Lake Geneva. He was 69.

He had been suffering from health problems for several years, including an abdominal aneurysm, said his wife, Gail Gygax.

Gygax and Dave Arneson developed Dungeons & Dragons in 1974 using medieval characters and mythical creatures. The game known for its oddly shaped dice became a hit, particularly among teenage boys, and eventually was turned into video games, books and movies.

Gygax always enjoyed hearing from the game's legion of devoted fans, many of whom would stop by the family's home in Lake Geneva, about 55 miles southwest of Milwaukee, his wife said. Despite his declining health, he hosted weekly games of Dungeons & Dragons as recently as January, she said.

"It really meant a lot to him to hear from people from over the years about how he helped them become a doctor, a lawyer, a policeman, what he gave them," Gygax said. "He really enjoyed that."

Dungeons & Dragons players create fictional characters and carry out their adventures with the help of complicated rules. The quintessential geek pastime, it spawned a wealth of copycat games and later inspired a whole genre of computer games that's still growing in popularity.

Funeral arrangements are pending. Besides his wife, Gygax is survived by six children.

I think I will like this card game. The concept is pretty neat, but probably more for pen & paper / RPG addicts like me.

The slogan say it all, "Without teamwork, you'll never survive. Without betrayal, you'll never win!"

The aim of the game is to get the "last hit" commonly also known as ks (kill steal) because the one with the last hit killing the monster gets the rewards. BUT, without teamwork, no individual can defeat the monster alone! Lol!
